SUMMARY:
The vision of the financial planning and analysis (FP & A) team is to be the best support department at Erickson Living By providing analytical support to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains to maximize the entities margin and success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Updating of cash reconciliations.

Reporting financial results weekly/monthly/quarterly to stakeholders.

Researching and analyzing financial performance and health of the business.

Using that research to forecast future performance and provide. recommendations for improvement.

Assisting with presentations that increase understanding of the business lines we serve.

Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate, or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of three years of college, with course work in an accounting or finance degree program is required.
- Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
