Housekeeper (Full-Time; Evening Shift)

Oak Crest Village, in Parkville, MD, is looking for a full time Housekeeper (eve shift 2:30pm-11pm to include e/o weekend) to work in our award winning community. All residential cleaning is done on site, no travel is required!. The housekeeping team is responsible for cleaning the apartments of our residents as well as common area's within the community.

How you will make an impact:
- Clean residents apartments and common area's within the community. Apartments consist of a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms.
- Clean public bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures.
- Clean lobbies, classrooms and living spaces including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.
- Assist with collection, bagging, and disposal of trash.

What you will need:
- Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors and each other.
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language
