Preventative Maintenance Tech (PT)
The Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for the performance of scheduled comprehensive preventive maintenance procedures of residential heat pumps. This position is also responsible for the completion of limited preventive maintenance procedures of public areas heat pumps.

Basic understanding of HVAC maintenance. Must have ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff. Must function under supervision. Must be flexible and have integrity. Must possess the ability to effectively work with residents and staff.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED.
