Wind Crest, in Highlands Ranch, CO, is expanding our communications team. We are seeking a flex Concierge who can bring passion for greeting all Residents, staff, and visitors. How You Will Make an Impact
- Operate switchboard and direct calls efficiently and with a smile.
- Manage mail arrival notification process and escalate mail complaints.
- Take requests for work to be done from Residents and staff. Generate and close all billable Housekeeping and Maintenance work orders, maintain schedule, radio deploy as appropriate, and file records by apartment. Benefits We Offer Employees

What You Will Need
- High school diploma or GED required.
