Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Night
Ashby Ponds, an Erickson Living managed Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ashburn, VA, is seeking an RN in our skilled nursing facility. All assignments are on our scenic campus; therefore, no additional gas cost.

This position provides nursing care to meet the needs of an assigned group of residents within the framework of the total plan of care. Functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse, and supervises various nursing personnel on a regular basis. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and firing; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience working in a SNF/LTC facility.
Basic Computer skills required.
Supervisory experience.
RN License.
CPR certification.
