Marketing Representative

The Marketing Representative is responsible for greeting and qualifying guests at check-in and booking them for resort tour presentations and owner updates.
- Greet, qualify and book guests for a resort tour presentation
- Partner with resort front desk to receive arrival sheets
- Distribute parking passes, area brochures and activity schedules to guests
- Create welcome packages and welcome gifts for guests staying on property
- Learn and execute a sales presentation provided by management
- Meet and exceed job performance and production standards
Qualifications
- 1-3 years sales experience and/or education preferred
- Must be competitive and driven to succeed
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Applicants hired for our National Harbor location will need an active MD Real Estate License
