Job Description: Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
***The ideal candidate would have strong skills in written and verbal communication, a focus on customer experience, and familiarity with learning computer based systems. Also, preferred but not necessarily required would be basic analytical skills to assess situations and make judgement calls on certain decisions.
Day-to-day this person would be performing credit related work such as: processing payment terms, processing income verification information, processing refunds, processing system credits, and also processing applications for new services amongst other credit related type of work.***
