Conduct face to face presentations to prospective new owners and/or owners in our award-winning location in Downtown National Harbor
Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or owners
Articulate the benefit of traveling to Wyndham's award-winning destinations
Tour the resort and model unit
Present the cost and close the deal
Attend and participate in ongoing advanced sales and career training sessions
Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
Sales experience and/or education preferred
Must have an active Maryland Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
Must have the drive to handle rejection and the confidence to perform within a short sales cycle
Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality
Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: rapport building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale
