Title: Customer Reference Database Architect
Core Responsibilities:
- Building a centralized repository for sales and marketing to access customer references (for sales) and customer relationship information (for marketing).
- Create framework for Telecommunication teams to easily find database stored content by 'asset types,' such as customer references, customer use cases, customer interests in various marketing opportunities with Telecommunication.
- Database will be fueled by combining existing data within **************, Medallia and various sales tools platforms. Thus, experience with these platforms is critical.
- Database is critical to aiding sales win new business. Thus, you will be responsibly for ensuring the database caters to the needs of sales teams, and houses sensitive information that is only accessible when permission is granted by original poster.
- Simply, standardize and manage the database, ensuring it caters to both sales and marketing needs.
- Store library of 'on-the-record' VBG customer testimonials
- Build grid of RFP supporting resources across key vertical and solution combinations.
- Work with sales and marketing to properly upload existing and new customer references and marketing opportunity types.
- Support request for database assets
- Coordinate with Telecommunication CX survey team to ensure uploads of new customer references and marketing opportunities.
- Leverage use cases for RFPs/reference
Track and report RFP support and outcomes (wins enabled via IM content).
- Plan, coordinate, and administer database systems, including base definition, structure, documentation, requirements, operational guidelines and protection.
- Develop data models and perform planning of architecture, functions, modules, recovery, standards and implementation.
- Work with internal and external customers to develop new value-added programs and data solutions with existing data warehouse structure.
- Analyzes and determines information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinated with digital marketing and sales teams to build a new database for customer references and customer relationships
- Oversees the technical design, development and maintenance of databases and master files on large complex projects.
- Maintains database dictionaries, ensures database performance and resolves problems.
- Coordinates with other IS departments to ensure implementation and monitoring of databases.
- Analyzes and projects long-range space requirements. May supervise Database Analysts. 1 to 5 years of experience.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience with platforms including ************** and Medallia
- Experience in evaluating existing database and determining to refresh or rebuild
- Creating ad-hoc reports utilizing various data sources
- Experience in the design, maintenance, and administration of relational databases.
5 years of experience.
