Description

Responsible for engineering and design of base station antenna systems in the Ohio/Pennsylvania/West Virginia Market and material manage. Executing on our capacity service improvements, specific responsibilities include: reviewing RF design specification documents (RFDS), reviewing structural mount analysis and construction drawings, understanding and documenting antenna plumbing diagrams, production of work orders. Implementation of antenna changes, reviewing cabling diagram to including combiners, diplexers, and OVPS. Understand statement of work and review close out packages, reviewing antenna placement on the mounts, and compliance with RF Regulatory requirements. Work with procurement engineer to manage equipment and delivery requirement, reserve equipment to meet rule 1, 2, 3, 4 of our material retention requirements.

Must work collaboratively with RF Engineers and Managers to meet service improvement objectives and must have strong RF or equipment engineering back ground with knowledge of wireless antenna systems. Must be organized and have strong project management and communication skills. Must have the ability to work closely with Team members. Must hold a B.S. Degree or previous experience with Project/Construction Management of wireless design. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and motivated to produce quality work.
