Description
Order Processing and order coordination of equipment for project orders. Complete tasks in multiple tools to fulfill the needs of the business for equipment completion.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:

REQUIRED SHIFT:
Standard 8-4 CST , if weekend work is required, will be advise beforehand (rarely)
If the person need to be 'on call' at any time, will be advised beforehand
FUNCTIONS:
? Oversee all warehouse operations from inbound, inventory, pick/pack and outbound
? Develop a warehouse network strategy and partner with cross functional business leaders and senior management to ensure strategy aligns with corporate goals and objectives
? Apply continual process improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC), to evaluate opportunities & reduce error
? Maximize operational efficiency using defined metrics continuously improving operational performance while optimizing both company and partner measures.
? Strategically adjusts departments' activities, policies and practices to meet or exceed key performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
? Identify and deliver opportunities for cost reduction, driving savings in-line with overall business expectation, ensuring targets for cost reduction are achieved and/or exceeded
? Establish key performance indicator tracking methodology and develop corresponding management reports
? Consult with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain matters, including risk management, product availability and end-to-end visibility. Builds and fosters strong cross-functional relationships across the company globally
? Provide leadership and direction to a team of operations supervisors as they oversee daily warehouse functions.
? Ensure that operational resources, including equipment and human talent, are properly allocated in relation to daily operational needs.
? Liaise between subordinate staff and senior management to ensure organizational goals and objectives are effectively communicated and met.
? Identify key distribution metrics, develop systems to efficiently and dynamically report those metrics to the company, and actively transform lessons from those metrics into tangible improvements
? Collaborate with the order management team to ensure the warehouse is in full compliance; manage any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Experience

? Critical thinking skills to solve both strategic and tactical challenges on a daily basis
? Ability to work with multiple internal partner groups to generate optimal outcome
? Supplier management experience
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
? Ability to manage multiple projects at a time that meet or exceed targets
? Budget and financial control experience
? Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
? Flexible schedule with the ability to travel up to 25%
Desired Skills & Experience
? Experience in materials management, i.e., transportation, purchasing, inventory management
? Import/ Export experience in supply chain function
? Strong organization and attention to detail
? Knowledge and understanding of Lean Sig Sigma processes
