The Product Sales Planner will provide critical support in a dynamic business environment. In this role you will partner with the Snacks operating unit's Product Sales Managers to support the annual planning process and optimal sales execution. Product Sales Planners also helps to ensure the Field Sales teams have the necessary information and materials to execute against key strategies and achieve key objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as point of contact for item documentation, sales program releases, product samples, and other requests/needs across our Fruit Snacks and Salty Snacks Business as well as our Club, Small Format, and E-Commerce customers
- Assistance in crafting/publishing weekly announcements and customer-specific communications (rotational programs, service allocations, discos, logistical changes, etc.)
- Assistance in distribution reporting and validation
- Assistance in Nielsen reporting
- Coordinate fulfillment of display special packs, package flats, and sample requests outside of Established & New Product Systems
- Process owner for tracked commit programs (coupons, in & out seasonal items, etc.)
- Act as Sales liaison in marketing weekly project meetings
- Provide ad-hoc meeting and sales process support (meeting facilitation, customer meeting needs, etc.)
- Associate degree
- 2 years of transferable work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in any major preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Efficient communication and willingness to adapt and
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Trade Planner menu of offers and existing Sales reporting structures
