You must be passionate about consumer led ideas, culture, and brand-building.Most of your time will be spent developing and executing comms plans, with the goal of contributing to the positive momentum of our portfolio.You will have the opportunity to work on one of General Mills most iconic brands, Wheaties, contributing to the legacy of Champions that this brand represents.

You will also support other cereal favorites like Chex and lead the development and execution of comms plans for the rest of our adult brands like Fiber One, Nature Valley and Good Belly.

Take on this opportunity to build your Idea Orchestration, Executional Brilliance, Planning, Project Management and Matrix Relationship Management capability and experience toolkit!KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES We're looking for an energized marketer who will take on the following responsibilities: * Deliver modern communication ideas and plans, execute activations and produce remarkable business results for brands in the Adult cereal portfolio * Assist in the ongoing executional support of the Wheaties Brand * Assist in the ongoing executional support of Chex * Lead and own the strategy and comms plans for Fiber One, Nature Valley and Good Belly * Partner with ISM teams to develop strategic shopper marketing plans that help excite our retailers and engage with our consumers * Drive remarkable execution across proven levers like media, price, and experiential while testing new ways of showing up to our consumers * Partner closely with Brand, BBS and Cross-Functionals to drive exceptional results * Know our category, our consumer and the communications landscape MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree * 1-2 years of applicable marketing communications experience * Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across multiple key stakeholders, levels and cross-functional teams * Excellent project management skills inclusive of timeline, budget and agency management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Strong business acumen and understanding of how to translate objectives and priorities into marketing executions * Ability to work collaboratively with external partners, deliver productive feedback and develop strong plans with them * This individual understands and is up-to-date with trends, culture, and should be familiar with the current media landscape * Must be agile and able to work through ambiguity, while finding scrappy ways to accomplish objectives even in the absence of budget or resources General Mills is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
