Do you have a passion for data? Are you willing to get your hands dirty to ensure data is clean to help our team sell more effectively? Are you interesting in supporting and shaping cutting edge sales capabilities? If so, the Business Analyst - Customer Data role might be right for you!
As a member of the Convenience & Foodservice (C & F) Data Governance team you'll be responsible for most aspects of the Customer Data Domain within the business unit. As we continue to evolve our data-driven capabilities, you will play a vital role in helping us accelerate access to additional customer data and build processes to harmonize, maintain and surface insights to key stakeholders to help Field Sales sell more efficiently.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data Source Acceleration
- Partner with sales, vendors and customers to create pipeline for quality customer data sources that are fully vetted and ready for internal ingestion.
- 'Prep' data sources by harmonizing with internal data and establishing an ongoing ingestion process
Owns Customer Lifecycle
- Works with Sales to create new customers and ensure they are accurate, harmonized and accessible through all consuming tools and systems.
- Uses data quality reporting to identify and remediate data quality issues. no one like data duplicates!
Salesforce Frontline
- Serve on the front line to support our field sales team as they learn and surface questions about our new Salesforce CRM solution.
- Help educate and research/resolve issues identified with the data within the tool
Qualified Leads
- Assists Analytics team in creating qualified sales leads using a variety of internal and external data sources.
- Help create targets to sell more!
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of data management, CPG sales experience, and/or other relevant
- Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Bias for Action
- Willingness to be hands-on and work with data daily
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CRM tool
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
