Responsibilities

General Mills is seeking a Sales Information Analyst that will enable our team to effectively and efficiently manage our annual plan. We have a dynamic team and portfolio with significant opportunities to leverage data to improve sales and deliver against objectives. Success in this role includes bringing standardization to our data processes and finding opportunities to bring new information to enable growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILIIES:

- Create, develop and deliver region reporting (IRI, Market 6, 84.51) - Sales POS, Supplier Budgets, Competitive Market , Shopper Behavior Analysis
- Maintain and own region product attribution across data platforms to match and maintain General Mills product hierarchies
- Serve as region expert on pulling and understanding key drivers from customer and internal data sources
- Develop and maintain data visualization platforms through excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, etc.
- Coordinate reporting standardization across sales planning teams (pricing, OOS, special packs, scope)
- Analyze businesses trends in an ad hoc or iterative nature quickly & efficiently
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Tableau

- Includes deep knowledge of report creation and excel formulas
- Understanding and ability to manipulate data across multiple data sources

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Hadoop or other data lake platforms
- CPG/Grocery/Retailer Experience knowledge and experience
- Background in data attribution processes, database management
- Experience in Nielsen, IRI, 84.51, Market 6 or other customer data platforms

- Understanding and ability to manipulate data across multiple data sources
